After the first shipment was lost in the mail, the Customer Service desk rapidly created a second order and mailed it out to me! Such great service!! Very impressed!! Thanks again !!! LOVE my palm tree! I had a palm tree on our previous truck and they insisted that Grandma has a palm tree on the new truck! Thanks for making it happen!
